Cassie helped us feel empowered and be prepared for our first birth and baby. We met Cass for our Hypno birthing class, and I'll forever remember when we left in day 2 my husband said "wow, now I'm excited for our birth. Thank you for bringing me here". The classes were enjoyable and personal, deep in knowledge and experience sharing and very real and open. It was very helpful for us to prepare for our homebirth but also for the other couples preparing for hospital birth.
We then did our postpartum planning with Cass and again worked through some fears and felt excited about it.
Cassie also was our Postpartum Doula. She brought positive energy to every session, held space for tiers, conversations and self-care while also preparing the most yummy foods ever.
Bubs is now 7 months and I feel I had the best entrance into motherhood ever, and I know that was because I decided to invest in getting the right people to support me and my brand new family.
