The Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program face to face training is held at my home in Doncaster East where you will receive the full 12 hour course over 2 sessions, Saturday and Sunday (10am to 4pm).  During these classes, you and your birth partner will learn proven and evidence based tools and techniques to prepare you for an informed, positive birth. The optimal time to book a course is anytime after the 20th week of your pregnancy
