Book into Group Class

In the Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program face to face training is held at Back into Health in Blackburn North. You will receive the full 12 hour Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth course split up over 2 weekends (6 hours per session) or 4 weeknights (3 hours per session).  During these classes, you and your birth partner will learn proven and evidence based tools and techniques to prepare you for an informed, positive birth. The optimal time to book a course is anytime after the 20th week of your pregnancy

During the program, you will receive:

• Gift bag on arrival

• Folio of resources full of information and education for your labour and birth

• Access to the online portal which is full of resources, where you can also download beautiful MP3 soundtracks and more

• Lunch provided during full day sessions, snacks provided during night sessions

Course investment $595 (inc GST) per couple.
